How do I look after my hair iron?
When your iron is cool, fold the cord in the same way it was in the original packaging. Don’t wind it around your iron, or hang it by the cord.
Do you have a warranty on this?
Yes! You have a 12-month warranty on any iron you’ve purchased from us.
How much does shipping cost?

How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Regular orders: 2-6 business days for delivery.
Express orders: 1-3 business days for delivery.
Evening delivery (order placed before 2pm): Will be delivered between 6-9pm the same day.
Evening delivery (order placed after 2pm): Will be delivered between 6-9pm the following day.
Tracking will be provided for all orders, you will be sent an email once your order is dispatched so you can see where your hair iron is at all times.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Unfortunately once your order has been placed, we’re unable to cancel or make changes to your order.

We accept payment via PayPal, Apple Pay, Afterpay or credit card using Visa, Mastercard or Amex.
I don’t like my iron, what should I do?
